SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders in 1 – 3 working days.
All UK orders are posted using Hermes 2-3 Day Service. You will receive a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.
Please note: Petcha will not accept responsibility for additional taxes, import duties, customs charges etc that may be incurred when shipping outside of the UK – these, should they arise, are payable by the customer.

You have 14 days from the date of your order being delivered to you to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
In brand new condition with the tags still attached
No returns are available on clearance or sale items.
If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or not in a re-sellable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
We aim to refund you within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs) and we’ll send you an email once your return has been processed.
Please include your name and order number within the returns package so we are able to refund you.
